Esquire Interview "I've been around rather a long time," says Dexter, reflecting on the high of working with the world's famous leading actors and directors, and the low of bankrupty at the age 29. His debut roll was as Baby Face in Bugsy Malone, alongside Jodie Foster. Now 35, he has appeared in films as varied as The Elephant Man and Lock, Stock.... Next up is Band of Brothers, a new Spielberg/Hanks-produced Saving Private Ryan TV spin-off. "It' is graphic," he admits, "people with guts hanging out and every other word is 'f*ck.'"
